A thin, light entry-level gaming laptop is $300 off at Best Buy
Best Buy is offering Lenovo’s 15.6-inch LOQ gaming laptop at a significant $300 discount, reducing the price to $649.99 from its typical $959.99 through April 9th. The device targets budget-conscious gamers seeking an entry-level machine capable of handling modern titles.
The laptop is equipped with Nvidia’s RTX 4050 GPU, the lowest-tier option in the RTX 40-series. Despite its entry-level positioning, the GPU is capable of delivering respectable frame rates at 1080p gaming when players adjust visual settings per title. The device’s thin and light design suggests a focus on portability without major performance compromises.
Finding capable gaming laptops under $1,000 remains challenging in the current market, making this deal noteworthy. The LOQ’s pricing and GPU configuration appeal to gamers willing to optimize settings to maintain playable performance rather than maxing out visuals. The package positions itself as accessible for those entering PC gaming without requiring substantial investment.
Beyond the laptop offer, Best Buy has additional gaming deals available for other titles, though specific details on those promotions are not provided in this excerpt.
