Naughty Dog Working On New Uncharted Game, It’s Claimed
Naughty Dog is reportedly developing a new entry in the Uncharted franchise, according to recent claims shared on social media. The news comes nearly a decade after the release of Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End in 2017, with the franchise last seeing an official release through the remastered Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection.
The claim aligns with previous statements from Naughty Dog studio head Neil Druckmann, who revealed in 2025 that the studio was working on an unannounced title alongside its Intergalactic project. Druckmann indicated he was taking on a producer and mentor role for this mystery game, which now appears to be the new Uncharted installment.
The Uncharted series has been a defining franchise for PlayStation over the past two decades. With nearly ten years having passed since the last mainline entry, the potential new installment could reignite interest in the beloved adventure series among the franchise’s established fanbase.
