Turtle Beach’s New Stealth Pro 2 Headset Is So Precise It Was Tested Against A Real Ninja

Turtle Beach has announced the Stealth Pro 2, the successor to its well-received original Stealth Pro wireless gaming headset. The multiplatform over-ear headphones feature a redesigned aesthetic and significant hardware upgrades aimed at delivering superior audio performance across PC and console platforms.

The Stealth Pro 2 boasts several notable improvements over its predecessor. The headset includes larger 60mm drivers and supports hi-res 24-bit, 95kHz audio alongside Dolby Atmos surround sound. A new CrossPlay 2.0 feature enables seamless wireless transmission between different platforms—consoles and PC—making it versatile for multi-platform gamers.

Connectivity options include Bluetooth and Turtle Beach’s proprietary 2.4GHz signal via an included wireless dongle. The headset features two removable batteries, with the company promising up to 40 hours of battery life per charge—a dramatic improvement over the original model’s 12-hour runtime. The closed-back design utilizes anodized aluminum construction for durability.

Priced at $349.99, the Stealth Pro 2 is set to launch on May 17. This represents a $20 increase over the original Stealth Pro’s launch price, reflecting the enhanced specifications and features. Preorders are already available through retail channels including Amazon.
