This Custom World Of Warcraft Controller Is Made Entirely Of Hot Dogs
Streamer Addison2K has created an unconventional custom controller for World of Warcraft made entirely of hot dogs. The idea originated during one of Addison2K’s annual Tentathon 24-hour livestreams, where they experimented with an alternative input method for gaming.
The original prototype uses a hybrid approach, combining a traditional game controller for character movement with a single sausage that can register flick inputs as controller commands. This unusual design offers an alternative to the standard mouse and keyboard setup typically required for playing World of Warcraft, though the practical effectiveness of using food items as input devices remains to be seen.
The hot dog controller project showcases the creative experimentation happening within the gaming community, particularly among content creators and streamers who use their platforms to explore novel gaming peripherals and input methods. While primarily a novelty concept demonstrated during a livestream event, it highlights how the gaming community continues to see innovation and experimentation beyond traditional hardware manufacturers.
