Xbox Game Pass Players Lose Nine More Games In April 2026
Microsoft has announced that nine games will be removed from Xbox Game Pass on April 30, 2026, marking the second wave of departures this month. Combined with five games that left on April 15, a total of 14 titles will have exited the subscription service during April 2026.
The departing games include several notable titles: Hunt: Showdown 1896 (an extraction shooter), Revenge of the Savage Planet (a sci-fi action adventure), Goat Simulator and its Remastered version, Citizen Sleeper, and Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2, among others. The removals were initially leaked through the Xbox mobile app’s “Leaving Soon” tab before Microsoft’s official announcement.
To encourage players to maintain access to their favorite titles, Microsoft is offering discounts of at least 20% to Game Pass subscribers on all departing games before April 30. Some titles may receive steeper discounts as the removal date approaches, providing players with an opportunity to purchase games at reduced prices before they leave the service.
