Multiple New Screenshots Revealed For Resonance: A Plague Tale Legacy, Coming To Xbox Game Pass
A new entry in the Plague Tale franchise is heading to Xbox Game Pass. Focus Entertainment revealed new screenshots for Resonance: A Plague Tale Legacy, a prequel to the critically acclaimed Plague Tale series. The game was first announced last June with a confirmed day-one launch on Xbox Game Pass in 2026.
The new screenshots, recently shared on social media, have reignited interest in the title after the game remained relatively quiet since its initial announcement. Resonance is set 15 years before the events of A Plague Tale: Requiem, positioning it as a prequel that explores the world before the main narrative of the previous games.
The Plague Tale franchise has built a strong reputation for its atmospheric storytelling, historical setting, and unique blend of action-adventure gameplay. The original games received critical acclaim for their narrative depth and artistic presentation, making the announcement of a prequel a welcome expansion of the universe.
By bringing Resonance: A Plague Tale Legacy to Xbox Game Pass on day one, Microsoft is continuing its strategy of offering major day-one releases on its subscription service, adding another high-profile title to the platform’s growing library.
