Demon Slayer: Infinity Castle continues to avoid streaming services

Aniplex has confirmed a physical media release for Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – The Movie: Infinity Castle, marking the first opportunity for fans to own the animated film on Blu-ray and DVD. The release will include both standard and limited editions, arriving in Japan on July 29, 2026, with pre-orders opening on April 17.

While the Japan physical release provides welcome news for domestic fans who have long awaited an official home media version, the international outlook remains uncertain. No streaming release date has been announced for audiences outside Japan, leaving Western viewers without a confirmed distribution path. Historically, anime films typically reach streaming platforms within months of physical release, but no timeline has been disclosed for Infinity Castle.

The continued delay in international availability adds to the frustration of Western fans who have been unable to legally access the film through standard channels. There remains no confirmation of when—or through which platforms—the movie will become available in the United States and other Western markets, whether through streaming services, digital purchase, or home video distribution.
