Dropout’s Game Changer season 8 begins next month with Brennan Lee Mulligan, Vic Michaelis, and more
Dropout announced the upcoming eighth season of Game Changer, the comedy game show featuring host Sam Reich. The announcement came with a full trailer on Monday, presented in the style of a heist movie reminiscent of Steven Soderbergh’s work. The season is positioned as potentially the largest and most chaotic in the show’s history.
The upcoming season features returning cast members including Brennan Lee Mulligan, Jeremy Culhane, Zac Oyama, Siobhan Thompson, and Lou Wilson. Guest appearances include Vic Michaelis from Very Important People, Demi Adejuyigbe, Anna Garcia, and Josh Ruben. According to the trailer, one episode will feature a “samer” game format with Adejuyigbe, Garcia, and Ruben.
Season 8 begins next month, and while specific game formats remain largely a mystery, the trailer provides hints about the chaotic nature of the upcoming episodes. One scene shows Michaelis covered in a slime-like substance while describing the experience as “crazy.” The show continues Dropout’s format of unpredictable comedy games, building anticipation for what the platform promises will be the series’ most ambitious season to date.
