Marathon DualSense PS5 controller is $15 off Amazon and Walmart
The Marathon DualSense controller, a limited-edition collaboration between Sony and Bungie commemorating the launch of Marathon, is receiving a significant discount at major retailers. Both Amazon and Walmart are currently selling the controller for $69.68, representing an 18% reduction from its standard retail price of $85. This marks a notable sale, as Sony’s DualSense controllers rarely receive substantial discounts.
Launched just last month, this special edition controller celebrates Bungie’s new competitive shooter, Marathon. The excerpt notes that limited-edition gaming controller collaborations can be hit-or-miss aesthetically, with some designs featuring bold or ostentatious color choices. The Marathon edition appears to be finding favor with retailers willing to discount it early.
For PlayStation 5 owners seeking a second controller or interested in Marathon-themed hardware, this discount improves accessibility to premium PS5 hardware. At nearly $15 off the regular price, the deal presents an opportunity to purchase the limited-edition controller at a reduced cost before the discount potentially expires or stock runs low.
