‘We Haven’t Forgotten You’: No Rest for the Wicked Dev Teases Action RPG’s PS5 Release
No Rest for the Wicked, the grimy action RPG developed by Moon Studios (creators of Ori and the Blind Forest), has reached a significant milestone as it marks two years in early access on PC. Originally revealed in 2023, the game launched into early access in April 2024 and has accumulated 1.7 million sales while receiving consistent positive reception from its community.
Moon Studios commemorated the two-year anniversary by acknowledging player support and feedback, emphasizing how the community has driven the studio to continuously improve the experience through major updates. “1.7 million copies sold, and counting. You’ve supported us, challenged us, and pushed us to do better,” the developer stated.
While a console release had been promised earlier, official updates on the port have been sparse in recent times. However, recent teasing suggests Moon Studios hasn’t abandoned its commitment to bringing the action RPG to PlayStation 5. This announcement renews anticipation among console players waiting to experience the game beyond its current PC availability.
