7 Games Leaving PlayStation Plus Game Catalog in May 2026
PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium subscribers are losing access to eight games on May 19, 2026. The most notable departure is Control: Ultimate Edition from Remedy Entertainment, alongside titles including MotoGP 25, Sand Land, Soul Hackers 2, and both versions of Mortal Shell for their respective console generations.
Additionally, action-adventure horror games from The Dark Pictures Anthology will be removed: Man of Medan and Little Hope. Unlike the PS Plus Essential tier, where redeemed games remain permanently accessible to subscribers, the PS Plus Extra tier immediately revokes access once these titles leave the service.
These removals coincide with the ongoing rotation of PlayStation Plus’s game catalog, which sees new titles added monthly alongside departing games. The May additions previously announced include The Crew Motorfest and Horizon Zero Dawn Remastered, maintaining PlayStation’s efforts to keep the subscription service fresh with rotating content.
