£520 for this Asus Prime RTX 5070 GPU and a free copy of Pragmata feels like a solid deal at the moment
The article highlights a hardware deal featuring the Asus Prime RTX 5070 graphics card, currently available at £520 from UK retailer CCL and bundled with a complimentary copy of the game Pragmata. The author describes this package as representing strong value in a particularly challenging market environment for PC components. The piece observes that prices for memory-dependent hardware—including RAM, SSDs, and graphics cards—have remained persistently elevated due to ongoing component shortages affecting the industry. The author acknowledges that while the RTX 5070 has previously been available at prices below £500, current market conditions suggest that £520 represents approximately the lowest achievable price consumers can expect in the near term. This bundle combines a capable mid-range GPU with free game software, presenting competitive overall value for PC gamers contending with sustained hardware cost inflation.
