The presentation will run for slightly over two hours and represent a pivotal moment as Square Enix transitions the game beyond its current Dawntrail expansion toward the next major content phase.
The keynote will be broadcast globally across multiple channels to accommodate worldwide audiences. Viewers can watch live on the official FFXIV YouTube channel, which will host separate streams for Friday and Saturday programming, as well as on the game’s Twitch channel. The timing has been structured for international accessibility, with start times including 1 p.m. EDT, 2 p.m. BRT, 6 p.m. BST, 7 p.m. CEST on April 24, and 2 a.m. JST and 3 a.m. AEST on April 25.
Producer Naoki Yoshida will lead the keynote presentation, continuing his established role as the public face of the project. Final Fantasy XIV Fan Fest keynotes are traditionally the venue where Yoshida and the development team unveil major announcements regarding the game’s future direction, including new expansions and content roadmaps. This keynote is expected to provide crucial details about the MMO’s post-Dawntrail direction, making it an essential event for the dedicated player base.
