How to tame the Abyss Heuklang in Crimson Desert
Crimson Desert has made the Abyss Heuklang available as a companion pet following a recent patch update. The Abyss Heuklang is a mysterious cat that inhabits the abyss area of the game world. While players could previously interact with the creature—picking it up and cradling it like other in-game cats—it was not obtainable as an actual pet companion until now.
The latest patch unlocked the Abyss Heuklang as a companion for all players, fulfilling a long-standing community request. The update also introduced additional content, including the new Baltheon Armor set.
Players seeking to tame the Abyss Heuklang can find the creature at the entrance to the Axiom Archives. Full instructions for obtaining and taming the pet were included in patch notes accompanying the update.
