Upscaling issues continue to plague Crimson Desert post-patch, but Pearl Abyss isn’t throwing in the towel

Crimson Desert continues to experience upscaling issues following its latest patch, but developer Pearl Abyss remains committed to resolving the problems. The ambitious open-world game features numerous complex systems—including pet customization, large-scale combat mechanics, and environmental interactions—that require ongoing optimization and fixes.

While the graphics upscaling challenges persist, there is some positive news for Intel Arc GPU users, suggesting that at least some performance improvements are being addressed. Pearl Abyss has indicated it is actively working on these issues and hasn’t abandoned efforts to improve the game’s stability and visual quality.
