Two Iconic Sci-Fi Universes Collide in Predator vs. Planet of the Apes

Marvel Comics has announced Predator vs. Planet of the Apes, a crossover limited series combining two iconic science fiction franchises under the Disney umbrella. The five-issue series will be written by Greg Pak, known for his work on Planet Hulk, with art by Alan Robinson from the X-Men Infinity Comic.

The story follows a Yautja (Predator) who crash-lands on the legendary Planet of the Apes, setting the stage for a collision between two legendary sci-fi universes. The series will feature covers from multiple renowned artists including Stonehouse, Ben Oliver, Skottie Young, Chris Campana, Carlos Magno, and Tim Seeley.

This marks another expansion of crossover possibilities between major franchises, following previous collaborations between the Alien and Predator properties across various media formats. The combination of Predator’s extraterrestrial hunter mythology with Planet of the Apes’ post-apocalyptic Earth setting creates a unique premise for comic storytelling.
