MLB The Show 26 Is Free On Xbox, But Only For This Weekend–As Are These 3 Other Games

Microsoft’s Free Play Days event returns this weekend (April 23-26), offering Xbox users complimentary access to a selection of games. The promotion includes four titles, with three requiring an Xbox Game Pass subscription and one available to all Xbox users at no additional cost.

MLB The Show 26, developed by Sony San Diego, is among the featured games in this weekend’s lineup. Additional titles are available as part of the promotion, with The Survivalists noted as receiving a discount during the following week.

A key feature of the program allows players to retain their progress and Gamerscore achievements if they choose to purchase any of the featured games after the free weekend concludes. This structure enables users to trial games risk-free while maintaining any accomplishments earned during the promotional period.

Free Play Days is a recurring Microsoft initiative designed to encourage Game Pass adoption and provide players with the opportunity to experience titles they might not otherwise explore.
