Pokémon Pokopia Event Announced
Pokémon Pokopia will host the ‘Sableye’s Gem Hunt’ event beginning April 29, 2026 at 5am local time through May 14. The event features Sableye, a Dark/Ghost-type Pokémon appearing outside rebuilt Pokémon Centers, asking players for assistance gathering Red Crystal Fragments from Dream Islands with Drifloon’s help. Players can exchange collected fragments for exclusive rewards including items and building kits.
The event follows a similar structure to Pokémon Pokopia’s previous ‘More Spores for Hoppip’ event, representing the third or fourth post-launch addition to the game’s roster. The Pokémon Company has officially announced the event after earlier information emerged through data mining and time zone variations.
Since its launch, Pokémon Pokopia has maintained a successful live-service model with regular content updates. The steady stream of post-launch events has generated player interest in potential future DLC expansions, with The Pokémon Company demonstrating commitment to ongoing content additions and player engagement.
