Riot Releases Ticket Information for VCT Stage 2 Barcelona Finals; Event to Include Fan Fest
Riot Games has announced ticket availability for the VCT EMEA Stage 2 Barcelona Finals, marking the competitive Valorant league’s first Arena event in the region. The championship matches will take place at the Olympic Arena in Badalona from August 28-30, 2026.
The tournament is a crucial competition for Europe, Middle East, and Africa’s top Valorant teams, with two qualifying spots for VCT Champions 2026 in Shanghai on the line alongside the regional Stage 2 title. Riot has structured ticket sales in phases to manage demand and accommodate different audiences. Pre-registration opened on April 24, allowing fans to secure early access, with general pre-release tickets becoming available on May 7 alongside dedicated Fan Club tickets. These Fan Club offerings enable supporters of specific teams to purchase grouped seating and form fan sections within the arena.
This phased approach balances casual and dedicated fans while ensuring organized team support. The transition to an Arena format represents a significant milestone for EMEA’s esports infrastructure, reflecting growing fan engagement in competitive Valorant and demonstrating Riot’s investment in developing professional esports venues across different regions.
