How to complete Safe Harbor in Arc Raiders
The Safe Harbor quest in Arc Raiders continues the narrative surrounding research data and technology originating from Stella Montis, which has surfaced on the new Riven Tides map. Players must locate clues abandoned by restaurant kitchen staff to pinpoint the burial location of an Exodus part. The Hotel Panorama Azzurro, positioned in the southwestern region of the Riven Tides map, serves as the primary quest location. The crucial clue is found on the building’s top floor, most efficiently accessed via the eastern staircase. Players exploring the rooftop should exercise caution due to the possibility of encountering Shredder enemies during their investigation.
