Here are our PS Plus monthly games for May

Sony has announced the PlayStation Plus Essential monthly games lineup for May 2026. Starting May 5, subscribers will be able to claim three new titles: EA Sports FC 26, Wuchang: Fallen Feathers, and Nine Sols.

EA Sports FC 26 is the latest entry in EA’s football simulation series, which replaced the FIFA franchise. The game features an extensive roster of real-life teams, leagues, and players, along with popular modes including Ultimate Team. It offers the standard suite of gameplay experiences for both PS5 and PS4 owners. As a bonus, players will also receive an EA Sports FC 26 PlayStation Plus Icons Pack redeemable during May.

Wuchang: Fallen Feathers is a Soulslike action RPG set during the late Ming Dynasty with an alternate history narrative. Released last year, the game was described as “Soulslike comfort food” with solid gameplay mechanics. Although it experienced performance issues at launch, post-launch updates have addressed these concerns. The title provides PS5 players with a compelling action RPG experience.

Nine Sols, an indie Metroidvania, rounds out the May lineup. Known for challenging combat paired with stunning atmosphere and visuals, the game delivers a thrilling but demanding experience that tests players’ skills.

This May selection follows April’s offerings, which included Horizon Zero Dawn Remastered and Crew Motorfest. PlayStation Plus Essential subscribers are reminded to claim April’s games before May 5.
