Real-Life Soldier Chris Cassidy Is Coming To Call Of Duty In A Charity Bundle
Activision is marking Military Appreciation Month by releasing a new charitable DLC bundle for Call of Duty, continuing the publisher’s annual tradition of supporting service members. The “Navigator: Tracer Pack” is inspired by Captain Chris Cassidy, a retired US Navy SEAL, former NASA astronaut, and consultant on the DLC’s development.
The bundle will be available in both Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 and Warzone. All net proceeds from the bundle will be donated entirely to the Call of Duty Endowment, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting military veterans and first responders. While an official price hasn’t been announced yet, previous years’ Military Appreciation Month DLC bundles have typically sold for between $20 and $25.
Cassidy’s real-world credentials—including his decorated Navy SEAL service and subsequent career as a NASA astronaut—lend authentic weight to the collaboration. His involvement in creating the content reflects Activision’s effort to create meaningful tributes to service members, rather than generic military-themed cosmetics.
