May 2026 PS Plus Premium Game Has Already Been Confirmed
Sony will announce the May 2026 lineup for PS Plus Extra and PS Plus Premium games on May 13, 2026, with the games becoming available to subscribers on May 19. However, the PS Plus Premium selection for the month has already been revealed: the classic light gun game Time Crisis.
The game was previously announced during a State of Play livestream from earlier this year, inadvertently spoiling Sony’s planned reveal. As has been Sony’s standard practice for a considerable amount of time, only a single classic title will be offered to PS Plus Premium subscribers each month, making Time Crisis the sole addition to the Premium tier for May 2026.
While the PS Plus Extra games for May 2026 remain unknown pending the official announcement next week, the Time Crisis confirmation provides subscribers with advance notice of at least one premium offering. The full lineup reveal will occur during the scheduled announcement event on May 13, giving players a complete picture of May’s additions across both subscription tiers.
