Random: Now You Can Smell Like a Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 NPC with This $200 Fragrance
Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 is receiving an unexpected merchandise collaboration: a limited-edition perfume created in partnership with Czech fragrance company Kintsugi Perfumes. Both Warhorse Studios, the game’s developer, and Kintsugi are based in Prague, creating a local partnership that brings the medieval-era experience to a new sensory dimension.
The fragrance, titled Kingdom Come Eau de Parfum, is priced at €155.99 (~$183 USD) for a 50ml bottle. Perfumer Martin Švach created the scent by drawing inspiration from ingredients central to the game’s experience—specifically those gathered and used by protagonist Henry during his medieval journey. The composition incorporates apples, honey, sage, chamomile, and lavender, reflecting the herbal remedies and sustenance mechanics featured throughout the RPG.
The collaboration includes promotional photo campaign featuring Stanislav Majer, the actor who portrays Jan Žižka in the game, connecting the narrative and characters directly to the product. This merchandise approach demonstrates how video game companies are increasingly exploring unconventional categories beyond traditional gaming products. By creating a scent inspired by in-game activities like brewing potions and gathering herbs, the collaboration offers devoted fans a premium way to deepen their immersion in the medieval world of Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2.
