Indie publisher New Blood Interactive has successfully maintained its voicemail tip line launched on April 1st, accumulating over 1,000 messages from fans one month later. The initiative, initially announced with in-character contributions from New Blood collaborators including voice actor Gianni Matragrano and composer Andrew Hulshult, proved to be a genuine engagement channel rather than a fleeting April Fools’ joke.
The tip line (1-800-352-9727) allows fans to call and leave messages with suggestions, feedback, or general commentary. Among the submissions are creative and humorous proposals, including suggestions such as developing a game focused on fighting bugs, demonstrating enthusiastic community participation.
New Blood Interactive publishes a diverse catalogue including Dusk, Faith, Ultrakill, Gloomwood, Fallen Aces, Blood West, and Tenebrous Somnia, along with an upcoming untitled Fallout-style RPG and associated spinoffs.
