IGN, Atomic Monster & Blumhouse Are Teaming Up for Mortal Kombat II

IGN, Atomic Monster, and Blumhouse have partnered to celebrate the theatrical release of Mortal Kombat II with an exclusive promotional campaign designed to engage fans of the film franchise.

As part of the collaboration, the three companies are offering fans an opportunity to win one of 25 Mortal Kombat II lobby cards signed by producer James Wan. The giveaway operates on a first-come-first-served basis through Blumhouse’s newsletter service, The Van. Interested participants can sign up via a dedicated campaign page, with winners being notified via email to claim their prizes.

Mortal Kombat II is now in theaters and features returning cast members including Karl Urban as Johnny Cage and Adeline as Kitana. The film represents a continued collaboration between Atomic Monster, the production company behind the franchise, and Blumhouse, the distributor that brought the previous installment to audiences.

This promotional strategy reflects how major film releases based on established gaming franchises leverage partnerships with entertainment media and limited-edition collectibles to drive audience engagement and extend marketing reach.
