PUBG: Black Budget’s Second Closed Alpha Test Announced

KRAFTON has announced the second closed alpha test for PUBG: Black Budget, its upcoming extraction-based multiplayer title currently in development. Players interested in testing the game can now request access via Steam, with applications available starting today.

The first closed alpha test took place in December 2025. KRAFTON indicates that the development team has been collecting feedback from that initial test phase and aims to incorporate player feedback and improvements into the build tested during this second alpha phase.

While access requests are now open on Steam, KRAFTON has not yet confirmed the exact schedule for when the second test will take place or when participants will learn if their applications have been accepted. PUBG: Black Budget is described as a genre-crossing extraction title, representing KRAFTON’s entry into the extraction shooter space.
