PSA: You Can Get Star Fox’s Switch 2 Physical Release For Just $50 (US)
Star Fox pre-orders are now live for Nintendo Switch 2, with retailers offering a $10 discount on the physical version. Walmart and Amazon are selling the game for $50, matching the Nintendo eShop digital price, compared to the standard $60 retail price. The game is scheduled for a worldwide release on June 25, 2026.
This new Star Fox title is a modernized take on the beloved 1997 Nintendo 64 original, featuring Fox McCloud and his team defending the Lylat system against the villainous Andross. The game will include a campaign mode, challenge modes, and online multiplayer functionality.
No exclusive pre-order bonuses have been announced for the US market. The price reduction represents a significant opportunity for players looking to purchase the physical version, available through major US retailers.
