KeSPA Returns to Esports Nations Cup as National Team Manager

The Korea e-Sports Association (KeSPA) has been reinstated as National Team Manager for South Korea at the Esports Nations Cup, following resolution of a previous dispute. The organization’s removal had threatened the country’s representation at the event and jeopardized competitors’ ability to officially compete under the ‘Team Korea’ banner due to legal constraints.

The agreement between KeSPA and the Esports Foundation (formerly the Esports World Cup Foundation) confirms that Korea’s national coaches and players will continue to be selected according to professional standards and competition regulations. The restoration ensures that South Korean esports competitors can maintain their official team designation and compete with full legal recognition at the international event.
