League of Legends Patch 26.10 Buffs and Nerfs

Riot Games has released League of Legends Patch 26.10, introducing significant balance changes and new features to the live-service title. The patch brings substantial adjustments to Lee Sin, a champion whose mobility abilities have become outclassed by more modern alternatives in the competitive meta. These reworks aim to rebalance the champion’s role within the game ecosystem.

The patch also nerfs Gluttonous Greaves, an item that has significantly impacted itemization strategies, particularly for support and utility-focused builds. This change reflects Riot’s ongoing effort to maintain item balance and encourage diverse build paths among players.

A fundamental mechanical change has been implemented to minion aggro systems. Attacking enemy minions will no longer place the attacking champion on the minions’ priority aggro list, significantly altering core laning phase dynamics and trading patterns that have defined League’s gameplay.

Arena mode has received an expansion, now supporting teams of three instead of the previous format. This structural change introduces new strategic possibilities and team composition options within that game mode, offering fresh gameplay experiences.

Beyond balance adjustments, Riot Games continues to expand the game’s ecosystem with new features and integrations. The patch introduces Discord integration to enhance social connectivity among players and new champion keybindings customization options, improving accessibility and allowing players to configure personalized control schemes.
