Bit Bot scales leadership team with AAA veteran Frank O’Connor as creative director

Bit Bot has announced significant leadership appointments aimed at scaling its development capabilities. Frank O’Connor, who previously served as Halo franchise development director, joins the studio as creative director. He brings extensive expertise in cross-media worldbuilding and franchise development, positioning him to guide the studio’s creative vision for original intellectual properties and multiplatform initiatives.

Brian Ulrich has been appointed general manager, drawing on leadership experience from several major gaming companies including Nintendo, Microsoft, Electronic Arts, Kixeye, and Realtime Worlds. His diverse background spans hardware platforms, live-service games, and mobile gaming sectors.

The studio has also appointed additional advisors to support its expansion strategy. These appointments reflect Bit Bot’s strategic focus on scaling production capabilities while pursuing original IP and cross-platform game development.
