Harvest Moon Makes Its Switch 2 Debut This September With ‘Echoes of Teradea’
Natsume has announced that Harvest Moon: Echoes of Teradea will launch on September 24th, 2026 for both Nintendo Switch and Switch 2, marking the first entry in Natsume’s Harvest Moon franchise to debut on the Switch 2.
The game is priced at $59.99 on Switch 2 and $49.99 on the original Switch. Pre-orders are currently available on Natsume’s official website, with all pre-order customers receiving a wolf plush as a bonus.
Originally announced in March, Echoes of Teradea represents an ambitious expansion for the series. The title features an open-world design, enhanced graphics, and hidden secrets to discover. According to Natsume, this is the largest game the studio has created in the Harvest Moon series to date.
The staggered pricing between platforms, with Switch 2 commanding a premium, reflects the enhanced capabilities and improvements included in the next-generation console version. The timing of the September release positions the farming simulation game to capitalize on the early months of Switch 2 adoption, offering players a substantial new experience on the upgraded hardware.
