T1 Peyz Records All-Time LoL Esports Pentakill Record
T1 botlaner Kim ‘Peyz’ Su-hwan has achieved a historic milestone in League of Legends esports by recording his 13th career pentakill, breaking the all-time professional record. The record was set during T1’s victory over Nongshim RedForce in the LCK (League Champions Korea).
At just 20 years old, Peyz has demonstrated remarkable consistency across his career, recording at least two pentakills with every team he has competed for. His pentakill distribution reveals particularly strong performance during his time with Gen.G, where he accumulated nine pentakills before joining T1.
Peyz now plays for one of esports’ most dominant organizations, with T1 having won the last three League of Legends World Championships. Given his age and current trajectory, he appears positioned to significantly extend his record lead in the coming years.
The previous record holders were locked in a three-way tie at 12 pentakills: Park ‘Ruler’ Jae-hyuk, Chen ‘GALA’ Wei, and Turkish professional player Anıl ‘HolyPhoenix’ Işık. Peyz’s achievement marks a notable milestone in competitive League of Legends history and underscores T1’s continued excellence in professional play.
