Rugrats: Retro Rewind Collection Will Bring PS1, N64, & GB Favourites To Switch This May
Limited Run Games has announced Rugrats: Retro Rewind Collection, a compilation bringing classic Rugrats games to Nintendo Switch. The collection features titles originally released on PlayStation 1, Nintendo 64, and Game Boy, allowing players to revisit the beloved cartoon’s gaming legacy.
The digital version was originally scheduled to launch on the Switch eShop on May 15, 2026, but has been delayed by one week to May 22, 2026. Limited Run Games confirmed the postponement on social media in response to a follower inquiry. Physical versions of the collection are available for pre-order exclusively from Limited Run Games’ website between May 1 and May 31, 2026.
This release continues the recent resurgence of Rugrats video game content, bringing nostalgic titles from the late 1990s and early 2000s to modern hardware. The collection represents an effort to preserve and make accessible classic games from the franchise’s earlier console generations.
