Genshin Impact version ‘Luna 7’ (6.6) release time in your time zone
Genshin Impact is preparing for the release of version 6.6, also known as “Luna 7,” a major update that will expand the game’s playable character roster. The patch will introduce three new playable characters: Nicole, Lohen, and Prune, each bringing unique abilities and playstyles to the gacha RPG.
Beyond character additions, the patch features substantial story content, with players finally facing off against Dottore—a confrontation that has been anticipated by the community. This boss encounter represents a significant progression in the game’s ongoing narrative.
As with all major updates to Genshin Impact, the servers will undergo scheduled maintenance to implement patch 6.6. The maintenance window will last approximately 4-5 hours, during which the game will be unavailable to players. The maintenance is scheduled for Tuesday, May 19 or Wednesday, May 20, depending on players’ time zones, reflecting the game’s global player base.
Players worldwide can look forward to accessing the new content once servers come back online following maintenance completion.
