Forza Horizon 6 Finally Fixes One Of The Series’ Most Annoying Aspects

Forza Horizon 6 addresses a long-standing annoyance that has plagued the entire Forza Horizon franchise. In previous entries, players pursuing 100% completion faced an exceptionally tedious milestone: the requirement to drive down every single road in the game’s massive open world. The game tracks road completion by changing their colors on the map from gray to white (or orange for dirt roads), but players received no credit for driving a road unless they completed its entire length.

With hundreds of roads across these vast open-world games, this completionist goal created one of the franchise’s most time-consuming and frustrating requirements. Players attempting to unlock the associated Achievements and Trophies had to methodically traverse every stretch of road, no matter how remote or long, resulting in painstaking hours of repetitive driving that felt disconnected from the game’s core racing and car culture experience.

Forza Horizon 6’s fix to this long-standing mechanic represents a significant quality-of-life improvement, finally relieving players from one of the series’ most annoying completion requirements.
