NLC Announces Talent Line-Up for Its Spring Split Return
The Northern League of Legends Championship (NLC) has announced its new on-air talent roster for the upcoming Spring Split. The regional league, which covers the UK, Ireland, and Nordic countries, is returning after a delayed start caused by the previous tournament organiser stepping down. Following the leadership transition, the league’s new organisers have condensed the Spring Split into just two weeks to ensure the championship can proceed on schedule.
To assemble the broadcast team, the NLC’s new organisers conducted interviews with over 30 candidates before selecting six on-air talent members. The casting roster includes Jake ‘Hiprain’ Matthews, Luise Emilie ‘Mile’ Tschersich, and Calum ‘Trajan’ Macdonald as play-by-play casters, along with additional commentators to complete the team. The announcement follows some initial controversy surrounding the talent line-up, though the league has now confirmed the final roster for Spring Split coverage.
