Everything leaving PlayStation Plus in June 2026

Sony Interactive Entertainment announced its PlayStation Plus Game Catalog updates for June 2026. Eight new games are joining the service for Premium and Extra tier subscribers, including major releases Star Wars Outlaws, Red Dead Redemption 2, and Flintlock: The Siege of Dawn.

While the service adds content, the PlayStation Store’s “Last Chance to Play” section indicates that several titles will also depart from the Game Catalog this month. Most notably, the original Red Dead Redemption (2010) is leaving the platform, creating an ironic situation: the classic first installment is exiting the service just as its acclaimed sequel joins.

Red Dead Redemption, Rockstar’s acclaimed 2010 open-world third-person shooter, follows protagonist John Marston, a former outlaw forced to hunt down members of his old gang across the American frontier in the early 20th century. The game achieved critical acclaim with a Metacritic score of 95 and received Game of the Year recognition, establishing the foundation for what would become one of gaming’s most successful franchises.

This monthly rotation of titles is typical for PlayStation Plus, which regularly cycles games in and out to maintain a fresh library for subscribers. The departure of the original Red Dead Redemption provides an interesting contrast to the service’s growth, as players interested in experiencing the franchise’s evolution would need to own the first game separately if they wish to play it after June.
