Wargaming has announced the release date for World of Tanks: Heat, a new arcade spin-off of the popular World of Tanks franchise. The free-to-play tactical vehicle-shooter will launch on May 26, 2026 across PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S platforms.
World of Tanks: Heat is designed as a faster, more arcade-oriented take on the original game’s complex armored warfare gameplay. The spin-off has been built entirely from scratch using Wargaming’s new proprietary engine, which is engineered to deliver dynamic gameplay experiences and modern visual fidelity. The engine has been optimized to run effectively across a diverse range of hardware configurations, bringing the game to both traditional gaming platforms and handheld devices.
