Nintendo Music Adds Another Zelda Soundtrack, Here’s Every Song Included
Nintendo has expanded its Nintendo Music app with the addition of The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds soundtrack. The update brings 105 complete tracks from the beloved 3DS title, totaling 2 hours and 31 minutes of music.
Originally released in 2013 for Nintendo 3DS, A Link Between Worlds features a score composed by Ryō Nagamatsu, a veteran video game composer who has contributed to multiple Nintendo franchises. During his tenure, Nagamatsu worked on the Mario Kart and Splatoon series, establishing himself as a key voice in Nintendo’s audio design. He later collaborated on the 2019 Switch remake of Link’s Awakening, bringing his experience with the Zelda franchise to the hybrid console.
The soundtrack addition continues Nintendo’s ongoing efforts to preserve and curate classic video game music through its Nintendo Music subscription service. By making the complete A Link Between Worlds score available on the app, Nintendo ensures that Nagamatsu’s composition work reaches both longtime fans and new audiences discovering the game through modern ports and re-releases.
The update represents another significant milestone for the Nintendo Music app, which has been progressively expanding its library of classic and contemporary Nintendo soundtracks. With 105 tracks now available, players and music enthusiasts can experience the full depth of Nagamatsu’s work on one of the 3DS era’s most acclaimed Zelda entries.
