SGF 2026 schedule: All Summer Game Fest event dates and times
Summer Game Fest 2026 will take place on Friday, June 5th, 2026, marking the return of Geoff Keighley’s annual multiplatform gaming showcase. The main livestream will air at 2pm PDT / 5pm EDT in North America, with corresponding times for international audiences including 10pm BST for UK/Ireland viewers and early morning times across Asia-Oceania.
The event serves as the centerpiece of the summer gaming reveal season, with major platform holders Sony and Microsoft expected to host their own showcases alongside the main event. Industry-standard indie and niche gaming streams will also be featured, including Day of the Devs, Wholesome Direct, and the Future Games Show, providing comprehensive coverage across all gaming sectors.
Nintendo’s participation remains uncertain. The company has not announced a June 2026 Nintendo Direct, continuing a pattern from 2025 when it skipped June reveals during the Switch 2 launch period. Industry observers anticipate Nintendo may break the two-year streak and return to showcase season, given limited public information about the company’s second-half 2026 plans, though official confirmation is still pending.
