Cosplayer creates a real-life Cyberpunk 2077 jacket, complete with a flexible OLED collar that you can actually game on
Hardware creator and cosplayer Zibartas has designed a real-life version of the Samurai jacket from Cyberpunk 2077, featuring a flexible OLED collar. The project builds on Zibartas’s previous work creating Cyberpunk-inspired props, including motorized mantis arm blades and an Arasaka helmet.
The creator previously constructed the yellow bomber jacket featured in Cyberpunk: Edgerunners anime, equipping the standing collar with LEDs to achieve the iconic light-up effect. The new Samurai jacket represents a significant hardware upgrade, replacing the LED design with a flexible OLED display integrated into the garment.
This latest creation demonstrates the evolving intersection between gaming fandom and wearable technology. By incorporating a flexible OLED screen into the jacket’s collar, Zibartas has moved beyond traditional cosplay aesthetics to create a functional gaming-capable garment. The project exemplifies how dedicated fans continue to translate iconic video game designs into real-world interactive pieces.
