‘Escape Simulator’ Is Available Today With Xbox Game Pass, And Here’s What The Reviews Say
Escape Simulator has been added to Xbox Game Pass, becoming the latest title available to Game Pass Ultimate and Premium subscribers. The puzzle game is now accessible on Xbox Series X and S, PC, and through cloud gaming.
Originally released for PC in 2021, Escape Simulator has already established strong player reception. On Steam, the game maintains an “Overwhelmingly Positive” rating based on nearly 9,000 user reviews. Critical response has been similarly positive, with an 82 average score on Metacritic.
Reviews highlight the game’s balanced design philosophy. KeenGamer awarded it a 9/10, praising its puzzle design for striking an effective balance between challenge and accessibility. The puzzles provide genuine satisfaction upon completion without becoming unnecessarily obtuse or overly complex.
The Game Pass addition expands the title’s reach to console players and cloud gaming users, introducing it to audiences beyond the PC gaming community where it has developed its player base since its original 2021 launch.
