PSA: You Can Pre-Order Star Fox Physically For Less Than The Digital Version (UK)
Star Fox’s upcoming June 25, 2026 release is generating retail deals in the UK. Currys is currently offering a 10% discount on physical pre-orders, creating an unusual pricing opportunity where the physical version becomes cheaper than its digital counterpart.
The standard retail price for the physical version is £44.99, but with Currys’ pre-order discount, it drops to £40.49—undercutting the digital version’s asking price of £41.99. This represents a modest but meaningful saving for players planning to purchase the remake.
The discount applies to other Nintendo titles as well. Rhythm Paradise Groove, for instance, is already priced lower physically at £29.99 compared to its digital version at £33.99, with the 10% discount making the savings even more significant.
The announcement comes as the anticipated Star Fox remake approaches its June launch window, with the game generating significant interest following its relatively recent announcement.
