Brandon Sanderson Explains Why He Chose the One Piece Studio to Adapt His Epic Sci-Fi Series
Brandon Sanderson has partnered with Tomorrow Studios to adapt his YA science fiction series Skyward for television. The announcement surprised some fans who have been following the author’s progress on adapting his Mistborn screenplay. Unlike Sanderson’s separate Apple TV deal for his Cosmere universe projects, the Skyward adaptation does not currently have a streaming service attached. Sanderson revealed that his relationship with Tomorrow Studios dates back four to five years, indicating long-term development of the project.
