Three Games Are Available Today With Xbox Game Pass, Including A Surprise Drop (May 28)
Xbox Game Pass expanded its library on May 28, 2026, with new releases across multiple subscription tiers and platforms.
Crashout Crew launched as a day-one exclusive for Game Pass Ultimate and PC subscribers. This physics-based cooperative warehouse management game supports up to four players in online multiplayer. Players work together at “DE NILE SHIPPING,” completing increasingly chaotic orders involving physics-driven boxes. The game prioritizes speed over safety, creating comedic scenarios where players can “crash out” in their pursuit of efficiency.
Escape the Backrooms is a 1-4 player cooperative horror exploration game featuring 30+ eerie backroom environments. The title blends exploration mechanics with horror elements, offering a different experience from Crashout Crew’s action-comedy focus.
Kabuto Park shifts tone entirely with family-friendly gameplay centered on bug-catching mechanics. Players capture bugs, train them, and compete in seasonal “Summer Beetle Battles” to earn championship status, suggesting a creature-collection gameplay loop tied to seasonal content.
All titles are available across Xbox Series X|S, PC, and cloud platforms. Crashout Crew is exclusive to Ultimate tier subscribers, while the other releases are available through Premium subscriptions and cloud access. This update showcases Game Pass’s diverse portfolio strategy, offering day-one exclusive titles alongside new-to-Xbox releases spanning action, horror, and family-friendly genres.
