PSA: Resident Evil Requiem Gets A Switch 2 eShop Discount (North America)
Capcom is offering a limited-time 20% discount on Resident Evil Requiem for the Nintendo Switch 2 eShop in North America. The game is available at $55.99 USD (down from $69.99) or $75.99 CAD (down from $94.99) until June 19, 2026. The Deluxe edition, which includes additional costumes and bonus content, is also discounted by the same percentage.
Alongside the price promotion, Capcom released a new playable demo for the game, giving potential players the opportunity to sample the early stages of the experience before purchasing. However, progress in the demo cannot be transferred to the full version, as save data is not compatible between the two builds.
The coordinated release of a demo and significant price reduction suggests a push to expand the game’s reach on the Switch 2 platform. The promotion provides both existing Resident Evil fans and newcomers an opportunity to experience the title at a reduced cost during the limited promotional window.
