Five Games Are Leaving Xbox Game Pass In Early June 2026

Microsoft has announced that five games will be departing from Xbox Game Pass on June 15th, 2026. The company highlighted these titles as “leaving soon” through the official Xbox mobile app, with several being particularly notable given their popularity and longevity on the subscription service.

The departing games include Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine - Master Crafted Edition and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder’s Revenge, the latter having been available on Game Pass for years and forming part of the XGP Essential tier. Jurassic World Evolution 2 is also among those leaving, though its removal is offset by the addition of Jurassic World Evolution 3, which has already been added to the service.

While these losses represent notable departures of established titles, Microsoft retains the option to reverse course and reinstate any of these games before the June 15th deadline. Industry observers suggest that Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder’s Revenge is the most likely candidate for potential reinstatement, given its prominence on Game Pass and its established player base.

The rotating nature of Game Pass content remains a defining characteristic of the subscription service, with Microsoft regularly adding new titles while removing others to manage licensing agreements and maintain a fresh catalog. The departure of established franchises like Shredder’s Revenge underscores the ongoing tension between Game Pass subscribers and the licensing limitations that govern which titles can remain available long-term.
