What’s better than one high tier gaming rig? A double-decker gaming rig, according to Thermaltake

Thermaltake unveiled the Capo X, a dual-system PC case, at Computex 2026. The innovative case features the compact footprint of a micro tower chassis while stacking two complete gaming systems vertically, addressing the growing demand for dual-PC setups in specific use cases.

The dual-system design offers several compelling advantages. The primary pitch at the Computex showfloor centered on AI applications, allowing users to run local AI models on dedicated hardware without compromising gaming performance. This separation of workloads is particularly valuable as AI tools become increasingly prevalent.

Streamers represent another key audience for the Capo X. The dual-system setup enables streaming operations to run on one system while gaming runs on the other, eliminating resource contention between bandwidth-heavy streaming software and demanding game engines. This dedicated approach can deliver better streaming quality and more stable gameplay.

Beyond specialized use cases, the case also appeals to space-constrained users who need multiple PCs but lack room for separate towers. The compact footprint makes it practical for small gaming dens or shared workspaces where floor space is premium.

The Capo X represents an unconventional engineering solution to growing demands for multi-purpose computing, particularly as AI workloads and content creation become increasingly relevant to gaming communities.
