Battlefield 6 Season 3 Blastpoint | Official Gameplay Trailer
Battlefield 6 will receive the Blastpoint update on June 9, bringing the second Season 3 content update to the live-service shooter. The update features a reimagined version of Cairo Bazaar, a close-quarters urban combat map where PAX and NATO forces compete for control through the city’s dense streets.
A key feature of Blastpoint is the return of Obliteration, a game mode originally featured in Battlefield 4. Players will engage in objective-based gameplay where they must secure neutral bombs, escort carriers, and destroy enemy M-COMs to achieve victory.
The update introduces new weapons and gadgets to players’ arsenals. The PP-19 SMG becomes available as a free reward, alongside the Handheld Jammer gadget for the Recon class. These items are unlocked through the Explosive Charge Bonus Path, which provides free cosmetic and gameplay rewards to all players. The update represents the continuation of Battlefield 6’s live-service model, delivering fresh map variations, returning classic modes, and new equipment to maintain player engagement throughout Season 3.
